Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of my wreaths, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in production or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.

If your wreath arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged wreath
• The shipping box (including any visible damage)
• The packaging materials, if applicable

This documentation is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution. Requests submitted without the required photos or after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
